Size Doctor Pro Penis Extender

The Size Doctor Pro Penis Extender is a hybrid traction device that combines a vacuum cup fitting with adjustable tension rods — different from a simple strap-based extender, the vacuum cup uses gentle suction (via a small hand bulb pump) to hold the device securely in place before tension is applied through the rods.

It is available with discreet delivery across the UAE.

How Does Size Doctor Pro Penis Extender Work?

Unlike a strap-only extender, the Size Doctor Pro uses a vacuum cup at the glans end: after selecting a correctly sized rubber sleeve, the hand bulb pump draws a small amount of air out of the cup to create gentle suction, which helps the device stay securely fitted without needing to be cinched tightly.

With the cup fitted, the adjustable tension rods are extended gradually to apply steady traction along the shaft, following the same general gradual-adjustment principle as other extenders, but with vacuum-assisted retention at the fitting point rather than a strap alone.

How to Use Size Doctor Pro Penis Extender

1. Assemble the device according to the included instructions.
2. Select the correctly sized rubber sleeve for a snug fit inside the vacuum cup.
3. Position the vacuum cup securely around the penis.
4. Use the hand bulb pump to create gentle vacuum pressure — do not over-pump.
5. Attach and adjust the extension rods gradually for balanced, comfortable tension.
6. Wear according to the recommended daily usage guidelines, building up gradually.
7. Remove carefully, release any remaining vacuum first, and clean all components after use.

What Comes in the Box?

The current UAE listing only vaguely states the kit “may include extension rods, vacuum cup components, hand bulb pump, and support accessories” — no exact itemized list or count.

A comparable “Size Doctor”-branded listing on a different regional marketplace itemizes its kit as: the assembled vacuum extender frame, 6 rubber sleeves of different diameters (3 straight-bore, 3 angled), a rubber hand bulb pump, an air-release valve, 12 additional/replacement rods, printed instructions, and a carry case.

Safety Information

Select a sleeve size that fits snugly but comfortably — a poor seal can cause the vacuum cup to pull unevenly on the skin.

Create vacuum pressure gently; do not over-pump the bulb, and release immediately if you feel excessive suction, pain, numbness, or discoloration.

Start tension rods at the lowest setting and increase gradually over multiple sessions.

Keep daily wear within the manufacturer’s recommended limits and take regular breaks.

Clean the vacuum cup, sleeves, and all components after each use, and inspect for wear or damage before reuse.

If you have a penile or circulatory condition, or are unsure whether this type of device is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

As with any extender, treat “permanent growth” or “enlargement” marketing claims with caution — clinically documented traction results are generally modest and depend on very consistent, long-term use; results are not guaranteed.
